If the printed documents persistently show faint ink and illegible characters, it is likely that the printer nozzle is clogged. Access "Start" - "Settings" - "Printers and Faxes" on the computer connected to the printer. Right-click on the printer whose nozzle needs cleaning, select "Printing Preferences" - "Maintenance" to enter the printer maintenance interface. Then, click the printer cleaning button, select "Clean" - "Start", and the printer will begin cleaning the nozzle.
